The resale ticket must have been sold between June 6, 2018 and May 4, 2022.

All Canadian Resident users of the Tim Hortons® application with registered accounts in Canada whose geolocation information was collected by any of the Defendants between April 1, 2019, and September 30, 2020.
All consumers and businesses in Canada who had a service contract with Rogers, Fido Mobile, Cityfone or Chatr Mobile and who did not receive wireline or wireless services (including 9-1-1 services) as of July 8, 2022 and until the services were fully restored.
All consumers domiciled or residing in Québec who, on April 4th or 5th, 2021, placed an order for an item priced at $3.49 from the www.walmart.ca website and who, after receiving a purchase confirmation from Wal-Mart at the price initially advertised, subsequently had their purchase cancelled by Wal-Mart.
All consumers who, with a billing address in Quebec, purchased from the Defendants at least one (1) bottle of Olaplex No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector containing Butylphenyl Methylpropoional (lilial) between March 1, 2019 to August 31, 2022.
All consumers who, on May 1, 2021, purchased one or more items from one or more of the following websites: www.lowes.ca, www.rona.ca or www.renodepot.com and whose purchase was unilaterally cancelled by Lowe’s Canada thereafter.
