All consumers, pursuant to the terms of Quebecâs Consumer Protection Act, who, during the Class Period, were provided services or goods at a reduced price, or free of charge, for a fixed period, by Match.com, and who, after the fixed period, were required to send a notice to Match.com indicating that he/she does not wish to obtain the services or goods at the regular price;
Every consumer, pursuant to the terms of Quebecâs Consumer Protection Act, who since July 4th, 2013, was provided services at a reduced price or free of charge, for a fixed period, by Affinitas GmbH, and who, after the fixed period, was required to send a notice to Affinitas indicating that he/she does not wish to obtain the services at the regular price;
All natural persons in Quebec who have received and paid the charges associated with one or more local or long distance collect calls processed by Bell Canada between September 25, 2014 and September 30, 2022 inclusively, other than calls made from provincial correctional facilities located in the Province of Ontario using the Offender Telephone Management System (OTMS).
All consumers residing or having resided in Quebec, who paid to any of the Defendants a fee to unlock their wireless device from August 14, 2014 to December 1, 2017.
All persons, entities, partnerships or organizations resident in Canada who purchased and/or leased one or more of the Defendantsâ Vehicles that were part of the German Car Cartel formed by Volkswagen, Daimler et BMW.
All consumers worldwide who have purchased before March 31, 2017 Moose KnucklesÂź clothing items, including but not limited to parkas, jackets, hats, boots, hoodies and sweaters which Defendant stated were âMade in Canadaâ. Tous les consommateurs dans le monde entier qui ont achetĂ© avant le 31 mars 2017 un vĂȘtement de marque Moose KnucklesÂź, incluant sans limitation parkas, manteaux, chapeaux, bottes, pulls et chandails, identifiĂ©s par la DĂ©fenderesse comme Ă©tant « FabriquĂ© au Canada ».
All persons in Quebec who, since January 4th, 2016 (the âClass Periodâ), ordered one of the following goods from the Wayfair.ca website (hereinafter âWayfairâ) and had their purchase cancelled by Wayfair as a result of a pricing error in the advertised price: i) Montgomery Loveseat listed on January 12th, 2016; ii) Laguna 8-piece seating group listed on July 15th, 2016; iii) Milano 5-piece deep seating group listed on September 6th, 2016.
All persons residing in Quebec who, at any time since July 19th, 2013, signed a contract with any of the Defendants in which they were a subscriber and/or contributor (either primary or joint) for a Registered Education Savings Plan (âRESPâ), and who were charged a fee (referred to as âEnrolment Fee,â âSales Chargeâ and/or âMembership Feeâ), including the commissions of the distributor and its salesmen, exceeding $200.00 per plan.
