False “Unlimited Data” claims made by Rogers, Bell and Telus – Class Action
All persons in Canada who subscribed to "unlimited data" services sold by Rogers, Telus or Bell.

All persons worldwide who purchased one or more Air Canada Economy Basic or Standard tickets for an international flight, who did not use their ticket, or any part thereof, and were not refunded taxes, fees, and additional charges that were collected for any authority or third party during the ticket purchasing process, and were eventually not paid by Air Canada.

All consumers within the meaning of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act who purchased a ticket from the Vivid Seats web site between November 16, 2014 and December 29, 2017 and/or the Vivid Seats mobile application between November 16, 2014 and January 15, 2018
All consumers who purchased a 2019-2020 “Tonik” ski pass for Mont-Tremblant, including persons who also purchased the “Privilege Bundle” / “Tonik Forfait de privilèges” add-on.
All consumers who purchased Platinum Ticket(s) between November 23, 2019 and April 21, 2023 inclusive, on the Ticketmaster Platforms using a billing address in Québec, but not including any such ticket for a seat located in sections 100 and Floor.
All natural persons who, from October 17, 2008 to June 30, 2022, paid to the Defendants CIBC or CIBC Mortgages Inc. (or to any of their affiliates) a mortgage Prepayment Charge in an amount that exceeds three months of interest when either entirely or partially paying off a hypothecary loan or a collateral hypothec relating to a fixed-rate loan of a duration of five years or less on a property located in the province of Quebec.
All consumers who, since February 7, 2019 (until the respective close dates), purchased an extended warranty on goods from the Amazon mobile application(s) and/or website(s), Home Depot and/or Wayfair
All consumers in Canada who purchased a prepaid card from any of the Defendants and who paid a price higher than the price advertised on the card (excluding sales tax) since May 8, 2019.
Every natural person and every merchant (natural or legal person), present on the territory of Québec at the time of purchasing a resale ticket for an event, on the website or the mobile application of Ticketmaster, at a price higher than the one announced for the ticket on the primary market. The resale ticket must have been sold between June 6, 2018 and May 4, 2022.
