All persons in Canada who purchased an “Official Platinum” ticket from Ticketmaster’s website or mobile application.

All natural persons who, from October 17, 2008 to June 30, 2022, paid to the Defendants CIBC or CIBC Mortgages Inc. (or to any of their affiliates) a mortgage Prepayment Charge in an amount that exceeds three months of interest when either entirely or partially paying off a hypothecary loan or a collateral hypothec relating to a fixed-rate loan of a duration of five years or less on a property located in the province of Quebec.
All consumers who, since February 7, 2019, purchased an extended warranty on goods from the Amazon mobile application(s) and/or website(s), Home Depot and/or Wayfair
All consumers in Canada who purchased a prepaid card from any of the Defendants and who paid a price higher than the price advertised on the card (excluding sales tax) since May 8, 2019.
Every natural person and every merchant (natural or legal person), present on the territory of Québec at the time of purchasing a resale ticket for an event, on the website or the mobile application of Ticketmaster, at a price higher than the one announced for the ticket on the primary market. The resale ticket must have been sold between June 6, 2018 and May 4, 2022.
All Canadian residents who purchased an economy class ticket from Air Canada during the Class Period for a flight departing from the United Kingdom and who were charged the Air Passenger Duty for a passenger under 16 years of age on the date of the flight actually taken, except those purchasers who had their ticket previously refunded or credited by Air Canada. However, any person who files a valid and timely Request for Exclusion is excluded from the Class.
All persons in Canada who purchased a bag from Dollarama, the SAQ, Rona, Super C, Uniprix, Toys "R" Us, Costco and/or Giant Tiger containing the mention “recyclable”, in-store or online.
All consumers and businesses in Canada who made a transaction using Shakepay’s mobile application or website for the purchase or sale of Bitcoin and/or Ethereum. (Shakepay Class) / All consumers and businesses in Canada who made a transaction using Wealthsimple’s mobile application, website or by telephone, for the purchase or sale of any cryptocurrency (digital currency). All consumers who had a service contract with Rogers, Fido Mobile or Chatr Mobile and who did not receive the services (including 9-1-1 services) on July 8 and/or July 9, 2022 (the "Class") / All persons in Quebec on July 8 and/or July 9, 2022, who could not operate with their own device or make transactions because of the Rogers outage on July 8 and/or July 9, 2022 (the "Subclass")
All consumers domiciled or residing in Québec who, on April 4th or 5th, 2021, placed an order for an item priced at $3.49 from the www.walmart.ca website and who, after receiving a purchase confirmation from Wal-Mart at the price initially advertised, subsequently had their purchase cancelled by Wal-Mart.
