All persons and entities who acquired Lightspeed Commerce Inc. or Lightspeed POS Inc. securities on the secondary market on or after March 7, 2019, and held some or all of those securities until after the close of trading on (1) September 28, 2021 or (2) November 3, 2021, excluding investors who acquired Lightspeed Commerce Inc. or Lightspeed POS Inc. securities on a U.S. exchange between September 11, 2020 and September 28, 2021.
All persons who paid a deposit for the purchase of a condo in the Harmonia Cité-Nature project (phase IV).
All legal and natural persons who, from or before 2000 until present, purchased Paint Thinners, Varsol or Mineral Spirits produced by Recochem.
All consumers in Canada who have received textured surface breast implants manufactured, marketed or sold by Allergan Inc., Inamed Corporation, Mentor Worldwide LLC or Ideal Implant Inc.
All persons who, since May 31, 2015, paid to one or another of the Defendants (or one of their affiliated companies) prepayment charges calculated using the interest rate differential formula that exceed the lender’s net economic loss, in connection with the full or partial repayment of a fixed-rate mortgage loan or a collateral mortgage on a property located in the province of Quebec.
All consumers residing or having resided in Quebec, who paid to any of the Defendants a fee to unlock their wireless device from August 14, 2014 to December 1, 2017.
All persons residing in Quebec who, at any time since July 19th, 2013, signed a contract with any of the Defendants in which they were a subscriber and/or contributor (either primary or joint) for a Registered Education Savings Plan (“RESP”), and who were charged a fee (referred to as “Enrolment Fee,” “Sales Charge” and/or “Membership Fee”), including the commissions of the distributor and its salesmen, exceeding $200.00 per plan.
