The Plaintiff claims on his behalf and on behalf of all Class Members damages equivalent the “Lost Value”, calculated as the difference between the price it would cost to purchase the same Nintendo Switch on the date of Dell’s unlawful cancellation and the price advertised by Dell at the time of his purchase on January 25, 2023.
Status:
